2013 till 2020 - The Cape area is a fantastic place to get around with bike. Lots of single tracks, cycling loops and even MTB parks. Try the Cederbergh mountain or the Bains Kloof pass. Closer to Cape Town you find Tokai Forest and Platte Kloof in the Tigerberg Nature reserve. Or just try to downhill the Table Mountain ... CAMPING

No go for wild camping the Cape Town area. Find yourself a hostel near Houtbaai or Simonstown. Although the weather is perfect, the neighborhood is not that safe. Store you cycling gear safely.

SUPPLIES

Food and drinks are to be found everywhere. In the cape area villages are pretty close to each other. Always carry spare water with you as temperatures rise at day and get cool at night. Always take care of your safety !
